Personal project, with the main goal of expanding my skillset and making me more comfortable with modeling in Blender. I had some previous knowledge in blender, so I began by recreating scenes from my favourite 3D artists and following some of their guildes. I then shifted to making my own concepts and models. I'm currently experimenting with cute stylized scenes and a more isometric look. The project is ongoing, as I'm still trying out new things and learning the ins and outs of Blender.
The first step is finding the right inspiration. I get super inspired by cool renders of my favourite artist, concept art for games or even stuff from real life. I collect the references and inspiration, create a moodboard and start prototyping. After blocking out the main objects and getting the proportions correct, I model the details and add materials. The last step is lighting the scene, polishing details and rendering.
I use Blender for all my modeling. I render with the Eevee render engine.
